My Personal Interests
Sometimes those who work with a Mediator or Psychologist want to know about them personally. One way to define who we are is to show people how we spend our time. So, below is a brief description of who I am and how I spend my time.
Outside of work I spend time with my wife and friends in various activities including mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, international travel, studying different cultures, reading, professional writing, professional speaking, enjoying humor, and performing magic tricks. I believe in maintaining a peaceful, joyful, and productive life. I try to maintain a very active, healthy, and balanced life which hopefully allows me some credibility in teaching others how to cope with their stress.
I am invested in helping people to recognize their personal strengths and to learn how to more fully express their talents and gifts. I'm interested in problem solving, positive communication skills, personal empowerment, and helping people pursue their dreams by removing the blocks that keep them from doing so.
